Our partner in the provision of document management services has a history dating back to 1996, and over the past decade it has developed one of the most powerful contract processing and digitisation plants in Hungary and the region, currently with a scanning capacity of 2.5-3 million pages per month. It can be said that this plant is one of the largest in Hungary where processing activity is carried out on a daily basis and not just as intermittent projects.

Services:

• Advice:Our consultancy work is based on decades of experience in electronic and manual document management. Our services include: process transparency, feasibility studies, document management policies and archiving plans, archives, independent consultancy.
• Production of an authentic e-copy
• Electronic mail sorting
  Opening, filing, printing, enveloping and mailing of incoming and outgoing mail of companies and institutions in an outsourced manner.
• Invoice processing
  This service is recommended for those who need to receive and account for a large volume of incoming invoices (typically several pages) on a daily basis.
• Digitisation
  Digitisation of medium and large volumes of structured (forms, invoices) and unstructured paper documents within short deadlines. Documents can range from 10cm to 140cm in width, up to 6m in length, and book or microfilm scanning is not too challenging for our company.
• Archive services
  Our services cover all the workflow related to document storage, from document sorting (delivery) to document destruction, which can be used in whole or in part according to the needs of our clients.
