    In cases requiring on-site intervention, our experts will start troubleshooting within 8 hoursor within 2 hours at the latest if you order our emergency service.

    Our troubleshooting service is free of charge for our contracted customers.

    Data backup

    We provide our data recovery service in cooperation with one of the leading players in the Hungarian data recovery market.

    The biggest damage in IT is caused by servers going down. When data storage, process control, technology or server servers fail, the damage can reach millions of dollars per hour. To minimise the loss, we therefore offer turnaround times of up to 4 hours.

    In addition to server backups, we can recover data from Winchester for all failure sources.

    • Physical failures.
      Cases where the problem cannot be solved without dismantling the drive - e.g. dropped, wet, motor or read/write head failure. In such cases, the necessary interventions will be carried out in the dedicated 10 m2 1 micron filtered cleaning room. We have factory-tested parts (head, motor) for almost all hard disk drives on the market and we continue to expand our stock.
    • Electronic faults.
      A drive can fail not only physically. Contact failures due to power surges, power supply failures, lightning strikes, ageing, oxidation are as much the enemy of our data as firmware failures.
    • Logical errors:
      No physical failure is necessary for data loss to occur. Critical data can be lost due to malfunctioning software, system bugs, virus infection, accidental or intentional human intervention, deletion. Our proprietary software is proven in countless cases.
